Reality Voter Gets New Notification System

The old notification system in Reality Voter 1.0 thru 2.1.4 has been replaced with a new and improved system. The old system was a bit quirky and lacked robust. Although the old system was effective, there was lot of overhead in function calls and stack space being utilized. The new system that has been implemented is very quick and intelligent, and all unnecessary code allocated on the stack has been removed/optimized for a significant gain in overall performance.
